Paper is the largest component, making up 27% of the total rubbish. Other materials account for 20%. Wood and food waste are also significant, at 16% and 15% respectively. Plastic makes up 10%, while metal is 7%. Glass and clothes are the smallest portions, at 3% and 2%.  

I always recycle newspapers, magazines, cardboard, and office paper. I also recycle glass bottles and jars whenever possible. My old clothes are either donated or taken to textile recycling points. I try to look for ways to reuse or repurpose items before considering them as waste.

Я всегда сдаю на переработку газеты, журналы, картон и офисную бумагу. Также я перерабатываю стеклянные бутылки и банки, когда есть такая возможность. Мою старую одежду я либо отдаю на благотворительность, либо отношу в пункты приема текстиля для переработки. Я всегда ищу, как можно использовать вещи повторно или по-новому, прежде чем выбросить их.
